Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the services provided by Cash 4 Diabetes Strips (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website or engaging in any transaction with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

Cash 4 Diabetes Strips is a company that purchases unused or surplus diabetes test strips, Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs), and insulin pump supplies. The purchase of these items is subject to the terms outlined herein.

2. Eligibility

To sell test strips, CGMs, and insulin pump supplies to Cash 4 Diabetes Strips, you must:
  • Be the rightful owner of the products.
  • Be at least 18 years of age or have a legal guardian’s consent if under 18.
  • Ensure that the products are valid and have not expired.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, including those related to the sale of medical supplies.

3. Product Requirements

We only purchase products that meet the following criteria:
  • All test strips, CGMs, and insulin pump supplies must be sealed and in their original packaging.
  • Test strips must not be expired, excluding specified items which will not be accepted if they have been expired over a year. Expired or damaged items will not be accepted. For the select products we do accept expired, expired items will only be accepted if they expired within the last calendar year!
  • The products must be from recognized, major brands and be in good, sellable condition.
  • Continuous Glucose Monitors and insulin pump supplies must be unopened and unexpired.
  • Cash 4 Diabetic Strips will not accept any boxes that arrive opened, stained, soiled, or severely damaged. This extends to water damage, ink and marker. Cash 4 Diabetic Strips may offer half price for boxes with rips, slight tears, scratches, bumps, indents, or slightly crushed boxes. Any supplies considered a safety risk, e.g. used supplies, broken seals, will be discarded. This also applies to any expiration dates on the box that have been tampered with. Supplies will not be returned.
  • Orders under $35 will not be accepted and cannot be paid out.
We reserve the right to reject any items that do not meet these conditions.

4. Pricing and Payment

The price offered for your test strips, CGMs, and insulin pump supplies will be determined by the condition and brand of the products. Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and provide a final offer. If you accept our offer:
  • Payment will be made via the method agreed upon (e.g., check, PayPal, ACH bank transfer, etc).
  • Payments will be processed within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the items.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the final payment based on the condition of the items received.
  •  All prices are subject to change based on market conditions and product availability. We make every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing. Once an order is placed, the quoted price will remain valid for seven (7) days. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions.

5. Shipping and Handling

  • Shipping Costs: When you place an order with us, we pay for the shipping by sending you a USPS label. We will provide instructions for shipping when an order is placed.
  • Return Shipping: We do not return products to you, please make sure your products are in the condition you claimed on the order form.
  • Shipping Risks: We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the shipping process. In the event that an order is confirmed as lost in transit, compensation is limited to a maximum of $100 per order.

6. Product Ownership and Legal Compliance

  • By selling test strips, CGMs, and insulin pump supplies to Cash 4 Diabetes Strips, you represent and warrant that:

    • You are the legal owner of the items and have the right to sell them.
    • The sale of such items complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • The items are not counterfeit or stolen.

    We reserve the right to refuse any transaction if we suspect the items are not legally obtained or if they violate any laws.

7. Disclaimers

  • Accuracy of Information: We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of product descriptions or pricing on our website.
  • Liability: Cash 4 Diabetes Strips is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use, sale, or purchase of test strips, CGMs, or insulin pump supplies.
  • Product Use: The products purchased from us are intended for personal use only. We are not responsible for any health-related issues or consequences related to their use.
  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change based on market conditions and product availability. We strive to keep pricing as accurate and up to date as possible.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
