HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER, CALCULATE DATE RANGES, AND PACK PRODUCT

Our website works a lot like online shopping except at the end of the process we pay you!

Here are some step by step instructions on how to place an order to sell to us:

1. Locate our Sell Supplies page.

This page has all of the products we purchase and the prices we pay for them sorted by company or category.

2. Find the product category that best fits the product you have.

Explore that category page to find the specific product you have. You can match what you have to the name, photo, and/or sku or reference number on the product page.

3. Input the amount of product you have associated with the date range that best fits your product.

See below Instructions on how to figure out what date range your products are!

4. Once you have finished adding product to the cart, you can press the little shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

Press checkout and you will be sent to the checkout screen.

5. Fill out the checkout page with your information.

Double check payment information because we want to make sure you get paid! Once you are done, hit the Get Paid button!

6. An information page will be loaded once the website has finished processing your order. This page has your shipping label and order number on it.

Please save this information.
Once your order is placed all that is left is to send in your package!
Once we receive your package we will process and pay you within a business day

Some things to note when placing and packing an order:

1. We do not accept used or opened product.
2. We expect all products to be in mint condition when they arrive to us. Products not in
mint condition are likely to receive deductions.
3. Leave all prescription labels and stickers on the product and do not tamper (peel, write
on, etc) with them as this could cause damage to the product.
4. Pack boxes well in sturdy boxes with good shipping material (bubble wrap, paper, etc) to
keep product safe during transit.
5. We do not process returns.

Here is how to calculate the date range of your product:

1. Locate the expiration date on your product.
2. The month we are currently in is month ZERO. Count months starting with the following
month as month ONE.
3. Count up to the month that is recorded on the expiration date of the product.
4. This number is how many months out your product is.

Here is an EXAMPLE of how to calculate the date range of your product:

1. Sally has a Dexcom G7 Single Sensor with the expiration date⏳2026-01-15
2. The current date is 2025-10-15
3. Sally counts October (the current month) as month ZERO, November as month ONE,
December as month TWO, and January as month THREE.
4. Sally now knows that her Dexcom G7 Single Sensor is 3 months out in expiration.
